If you had a previous 14-day ban (or possibly even just a 25-game chat restriction -- I suspect the system doesn't like the word "ape") this would get you banned, yes.

Yes, you did deserve this ban. Understand that this chat-logs isn't what got you the actual permaban itself, but you showed you moved on to your 4th penalty. Under no circumstances do you ever insult your team or enemies. In general. Nor do you ask for reports because it's considered as a harassment. Calling players "ape" and "trash" is extremely inappropriate.

Due to your overall toxicity, and using up all your penalties due to your toxicity, yes, you did earn that permaban.

Technically, you can get banned for literally no reason. Riot obviously tries to aovid doing that, since it would smear their reputation. You do seem quite toxic in some of those games, which can result in a ban. As far as I can tell Riot isn't very consistent, though.
