Mostly a quick question about reporting a player.

I had someone in my last game that was more toxic than anyone else I have ever played with before. I want to go out of my way to make sure that they get the justice that they deserve. Other than in-client reporting can I report it anywhere else? I have an imgur album of screenshots as well.
