Does this really deserve a 15 day ban? I didnt even think it was toxic besides 1 spot lol.

Most of these are just me giving out information, or my own personal opinions. I personally find Graves and Sivir to be bad Champions to play. The only thing I find actually bad about this is the third game where I call Kha bad and tell leona not to play Tank again.

The fact you are trying to rationalize your behavior kind of showcasing that you know what you are doing and saying is wrong, don't you think?

Stop looking up people on op.gg and using what you find on there to flame/tilt them. Every game is different. Just because they did poorly last game, doesn't mean they're going to do poorly this game. It's like if you win your game and go 20/2, doesn't mean you're going to get the same results next game.

And you're not helping anyone by commenting on what your teammates picked. You don't get to choose what your teammates play. Personally, I don't like Jayce top, I would prefer a champ with hard CC or a tank top, but you don't need to know my opinions on what I think of Jayce as a champion. It's not helping you play any better. I would rather my teammates play with something they're more comfortable with than conform to what I want out of a team.

Since the change of the behavioral system since Aug-2015, there are now 4 tiers of punishment:

  1. 10 game chat restriction
  2. 25 game chat restriction
  3. 15-day ban
  4. Permaban

Unless you decayed from your current punishment tier (done by playing lots of games), you will always move up the ladder when you get punished. Extreme toxicity can skip punishment tiers and this includes toxicity in pre/post game chat.

When you get a 15-day ban, it's lesser about "is this chat worth 15-day ban", but more about "is this chat punishment worthy" and "did you get a 25-game chat restriction".

While this is light-moderate toxicity (constantly blaming others), for you to get punished for such chat means that there is a consistent behavior of you doing such behavior, thus you got punished. If the answer to the question of "did you get a 25-game chat restriction" is yes, then the next punishment is certainly a 15-day ban.

I know exactly why you got banned. When you said "report j4" that appears as toxic behavior. In fact that is exactly why I got suspended as well. One important thing a rioter told me is one report has the same effect as a whole teams. Therefore, don't type in all chat to report players. This action is called "witch hunting".

From the Instant Feedback System FAQs:

PUNISHMENTS GENERALLY FOLLOW A BASIC ESCALATION PATH:

  • First Offense: 10 Game Chat Restriction
  • Second Offense: 25 Game Chat Restriction
  • Third Offense: Two Week Suspension
  • Fourth Offense: Permanent Suspension

However, it is possible to skip to a Two Week or Permanent suspension based on the severity of the behavior in the game. Excessive negative behavior can result in a Two-Week or Permanent suspension at any time without having a chat restriction on the account.

That being said, I would have to ask... when was your chat restriction? Are the logs punishable? Yes. Are they worthy of an escalation right up to a 14 day suspension, I wouldn't think so. So I assume you followed the usual progression.
