Bad Severs, Bad Reporting

I recently got disconnected from a ranked game that we were going to win. My internet was perfectly okay, I could connect to everything else, except for your servers. This is exactly how you lose customers/players. I also got reported and placed into a lower priority que for 5 games. I have to wait and stare at 10 minutes of the lower priority screen. Why can't the system differentiate between a disconnect and a quit? I can EASILY program that kind of feature...Riot, Please remove my lower que, and fix your servers. Lastly, could I get the lower priority removed please?

EDIT: Also, Why do y'all not have a live chat option? or maybe a phone line for complaints?

No you can't, and if you think you can you've only got bare bones programming experience and no testing experience.

Test case one for you to solve: guy on laptop closes the lid to his computer, just sets it to hibernate or powers it down.

Test case two for you to solve: Guy force closes League.

Test case three: player turns off their wireless card because they want to see everything go funny before leaving.

All of these situations would look exactly the same to your program.

Did you troubleshoot your connection? Did this happen on Wi-Fi or LAN? Did you check to be sure your firewall wasn't interfering with the connection to league servers?

This probably wasn't RIOTs fault, and the fact that you're blaming them means you have little idea how their system works. IF it was RIOT servers, it would affect more than 1 person at a time.

Also, RIOT has stated that they treat leaves and disconnects the same because the result is the same: 4-9 players lost someone in their game and that would probably upset them.

It's happened to me too...Not often at all but w/e...By the time they would reply to your ticket, you'll be off queue anyways...

I thought it was 20 min wait? Anywyas...

It isn't an issue with RIOT's servers. It was an issue with your wi-fi connecting to RIOT's servers;
