The amount of players using 'third-party programs' is overwhelming

Anyone having this issue? I feel as if it really surges depending on the time you're playing but it absolutely ruins the game when you have not just one bot, but SEVEN in a match. Why doesn't Riot pay more attention to this problem? I feel even after I take the time to report them, it does nothing. It's to the point I might give up on League altogether...

I think I've only ever seen one bot in game, and I've been around a while.

The difficulty in dealing with these is that bot accounts can easily be created, and as such are appearing faster than Riot can deal with them. They certainly do catch and ban what they can, but it's kind of a one-against-many situation.

I should have clarified, I usually find them in ARAM (few times I've seen them used in Dominion, more so than normal games). And they're just really "bad" and obvious bots in my mind.

Examples I constantly run into during early morning hours (in my timezone) when they tend to surge in numbers: -in lobbies they refuse to interact with trade requests and don't use skin boosts or chat -all the bots will sitting behind a turrent and not engaging in fight -bot will constantly "follow" a champ and just do circles and not engage -tend to have a mob mentality and only go to certain areas of the map together -when questioned about using a bot in chat, no one talks to defend themselves, even when I threaten to report. -oddly at the end game lobby they all leave at the same time.

The main problem I have with this, is it just makes the games completely miserable because they're either feeding the enemy or so easy to kill it's not a challenge/fun for me. I just felt like my reports never do anything and it makes me frustrated.

It's just really obvious in my mind and I don't understand how they get away without myself ever getting a notification that they've been punished by my reports.

**Also thanks for replying to my post since most seem to disregard it.

Ooh, yeah. And I see you're level 28 still, which is also probably a big part of why you've been getting bots. It's unfortunate that early levels in ARAM (and some of the other non-SR modes) tend to get overrun by bots.

I will say, though, that I imagine it shouldn't take much to get your ARAM MMR up enough to get away from the bots. I happen to have an account that's around level 28 as well, and I have a lot of experience with ARAM. Let me know if it's something you'd be interested in, but I could add you on that account and play a few games this weekend. Maybe give some tips for ARAM, and hopefully win a few games to get you out of bot hell.
