What do I do?

I was a toxic player and I was negative in many games and I deserve what came to me I got a 2 week ban on my main , then I played on my alt account and I hit level 30 and got into gold, my main is silver I kept wondering either I should play on my main or continue on my alt and if I continued on my main there will be a chance to get perma banned because there will always be people who keeps reporting for nothing. So what should I do
