Getting Trolled in Ranked

Just played a ranked game where the support banned Teemo, because the jungler was going to play him. In response the jungler picked Janna, didnt buy the jungle item, and proceeded to get executed, not try, and troll the entire team in chat the whole time.

I set this situation not to ask for a fix to stupid players, but to ask why did I just lose more LP in this game, getting obviously trolled, than I gained in many of my recent wins. The enemy Top taunted that I should have dodged queue. Again I would be punished with LP and not playing for two other's bad behavior.

These days I have less time to play due to real life obligations, and things like this are pointing me toward different games.

Maybe add some form of troll detection? Surrender at 15 lowers LP impact? Vote punishing a player with greater LP loss? Harsher punishments for ranked abuse? Something.
