But did you ban them!? (Telling someone to go shoot themselves, and go take pills and that they should be RAPED - is NOT okay! I am VERY upset.)

While they do deserve a ban. One of the rules for this board is naming and shaming. And you broke it hence why it was deleted. If you wanted something to happen you should have contacted Support to actually help you. Asking us Forum users who have zero power in this will do nothing. You need a red to help and while they do come here. its not as often as we would like. its best dealing with this type of situation to just contact support next time as they would have helped you!

Yep. Submit a support ticket. The boards are not for reporting. There are other avenues for that.

Hey XoHeartAttackXo,

Boards Moderators do not have the power to punish anyone for in-game actions. We can only hold people accountable for their actions on the Boards.

Naming & Shaming, which is what your post fell under, is not allowed on the Boards so it was removed and the message we sent was to inform you of how you should address this type of issue (ie: report them using the in-game system). If you failed to do that, the only other option is to send in a ticket to Player Support. That ticket will get routed to the correct people to look into that, however it takes a lot longer than simply using the in-game reporting options.

u have to send in a support ticket for riot to ignore, posting on the boards is nothing but cathartic
