What is something that should always get people banned?

We all know Tyler1 and how toxic he can be, but what is the level of toxicity that should get you banned or not? I am talking about calling someone a name, but you only did it once in that game; should you get banned or a temporary ban?

I ask this because as a support main, I receive quite a bit of flame from adc's that don't respect how I play or any other laner in the late game that thinks it was my fault they died. I have for the most part gotten used to the flame at this point. However, there is certain flame that I wonder if that is ban worthy or if this person is truly being rude.

Here is an excerpt from a conversation after game from a man who thinks I am the sole reason we lost and that because of me, the entire planet will crumble with one keystroke. The story goes that our jungler went afk, and after about 10 min of him being afk and the enemy Annie starting to criticize our mid laner for losing, so I added into the conversation between the two, "by the way, graves is afk" mainly for the fact that our mid laner can't get any ganks so he either wins or loses lane. Our top laner (the one who flames me for the rest of the game) was actually doing well but was not able to help mid lane for awhile. He then calls me out about telling them that Graves is afk, mainly stating that I told them that they have an easy game. Here is what he says after game (we did lose) and I apologize for the language of this man so I put asterisks (italicized) around my dialogue:

if we get invaded you gnna tell the enemy our troop positions too ? faggot ? you know are ya ?> just speak up flaming can get you banned just speak up asshole and the more you talk HEY BITCH the more I have evidence that you are being rude want more evidence faggot? sure want more ? lil bitch stfu I presonally dont want more but riot does keep your mouth shut next time and try to win the game lol focus on winning alright my man instead of getting people banned dumbass you know I am firends with graves right "just so you guys know, graves is afk WTF DID THEY NEED TO KNOW THAT For i was killing their morale you know what u did in top, you were doing great with that single entry ? you know what u did in that single entry you reminded pantheon hey bro relax youre getting your ass kicked but its 5v4 so dont give up instead he may have afked then we have an even game but no you stopped that so thanks you piece of shit I mean THANKS ALOT BRO if you kept killing him You could have carried i appreciate you raising the other teams morale while lowering ours thx dude then thx for not having the fucking intelligence to see you were wrong they knew already tho it was 15 min in how do u know that he had been afk for 10 min how do u know one of them didnt overlook him no ganks, our jungle was there being disconnectred? so iuf they ALRDY KNBEW why in the fk listen I apologize for telling them that it was 4v5 did u feel thje need to tell them ? SO u say they alrdy knew but you still felt the need to tell them again anyways ? just to make sure not one of the missed it ?
