On punitive measure after tribunal (namely hextech crafting)

Hello. Recently I was put to the tribunal due to a 4 man complaint of dubious merit. This was my first run in with your 'justice' system, and while I would dispute the actual validity of the result (as I had no recourse by which to dispute the accusations, and as I used no language different than I had a dozen or a hundred times before), I endured my 10 game ban and took it as a lesson never again to let the wrong people under my skin.

I completed my punitive 10 game chat restriction without complaint, but upon completion i find I can no longer access hextech chests and crafting? Due to 'prior disciplinary measure? No offense, but wtf riot? Nowhere in the initial punishment does it state that anything like this will persist past the point of initial chat suspension. If you're going to mess with me at least let me know up front? Or if you just want to deny people free stuff who rub you the wrong way, that's cool too. But look me in the eye when you're fucking me, no?

It's been mentioned a dozen times recently, and about a million times when hextech crafting came out. You can't earn any chests until you're 'reformed'. The amount of time that needs to pass before the system marks you as 'reformed' differs from the severity of the punishment you received. But, in a nutshell, you probably won't be getting any cheats for at least a month. Also, there is no such thing as the tribunal.

I got mine back 3 days after my chat restriction. All things considered if I could back and replay the games id do it all again. Shitters need to be told they're shit it was so worth
