20 Minutes to start a game? Ridiculous!

I completely understand that you have this feature in place to punish players who ACTUALLY leave the game. But whatabout players who simply aren't able to connect?

I run fiberoptics in my home, my network is professionally maintained, AND my PC has no connection issues with most of the games I'm able to connect to. I usually run at around 105 FPS, with a ping of around 35-50ms. However, after champ select, I get an error message. Sometimes, after restarting the game just once or twice will do the trick and I might even make it into the loading screen with the rest of the players. Most times, I won't be able to make it into any games without several restarts of my computer. And by then 10-15 minutes will have passed. And there have been enough instances where I simply was not able to connect. (Maestro Error sometimes, other times connection issues) I have not made any changes to my computer lately except for Microsoft Office.

I thought if I were patient enough to just wait for the first infraction (5 Minute wait for 5 games), it would just pass. Then it happened again, but that time? 10 minutes. Then again, now... 20 Minutes!!

I find it very difficult to believe that Riot punishes players for server-side problems. I also see this happening with almost every game that I join, and are able to make it into the loading screen with other players. One, two, sometimes three players will have a hard time connecting. (As it looks like they do what I have to do)

It's just absolutely ridiculous that I have to wait 20 minutes as a punishment. (Especially for something that wasn't even my fault.)

(Oh, and I've already waited through the 20 minute wait, for five different games. This is the reason why I'm posting this. I don't want to know what's next. 30 or 60 Minutes? Ban? I don't want to know, and I don't care to know.)

All I'm saying is- It's not even my fault and I'm being treated like it is!! I know i'm just being swept in with all the AFK/Leavers but I assure I am NOT one of them. I don't even dodge any games!

It caps at 20. Since my parents kick me off sometimes, I have to deal with it. They don't care, it's not their game.

The thing is how often is this happening? LeaveBuster doesnt just hit you on your first offense. you need to be Leaving/Disconnecting your games continuously. Do you not test your connection like through custom games, or possibly playing against Bots?

Yes, it happens frequently. I don't need to test my connection; Works most times. (Works as in eventually connects)
