I was permabanned for what?

Hello, I was permabanned yesterday at 2AM yesterday after I had just finished a game of Aatrox. I was confused of why I had received a ban, so I check the email. This is what it states, "Hello Summoner,

We believe that all players should play on equal footing in an effort to promote competitive sportsmanship. We hope you can see that it is unsatisfying to play against other players who are using a tool to gain an advantage over others.

I have never used one in my whole life. I believe this ban is not deserving and should please be removed. Thank you
