I mean, I'm pretty toxic, hence why I had a chat restriction before this...but god damn dude, this is one is 13 lines of text. This is the most shallow chat log I've had yet. Must be the %%%%%%.
Pro-tip: the instant feedback system doesn't like the word %%%%%%. If you see someone throw a trigger word in game, throw a report on them for some instant gratification.
The system definitely works though. I see a lot of people complaining that people aren't getting punished. Trust me, they are. I've done so many "tests" on this ban system, and this is the best shit I've gotten yet. I've also reported random people after every game and constantly receive "thanks for the assists, a player you've reported recently has been punished" messages. Even on people who have literally said NOTHING all game, and they get punished. Its hilarious. And you know those people who spam mastery icons all game? Even if they didnt say anything, throw a report on them. I've gotten a pretty decent success rate on reporting people like that. I think its because they're either spamming icon because they're chat restricted, or because people like that just tend to have juicy chat logs. Or both. The way I think it works is you're chat logs are only reviewed by the system if you've been flagged with reports. Not sure how many reports it takes, but I know its not that many. It's not a 24/7 system monitoring every account all the time, so be sure to throw out the reports.
