Why was my account banned?

Just for reference, each kys was directed to my friend outside of game, who was looking at my monitor. yeah she's pissed was directed at another friend outside of game, who was reading my chat. I was getting bm'ed nonstop and ended up making an "im new" joke. So did i get banned just for that, or did I get banned for the 'kys'directed as a joke outside of game?

Don't you think that context is important, and that judge sjw shouldn't get so triggered over everything? If I had the chat log of everyone that game, it would be obvious that my insults were not directed at anyone in game.

If you want to communicate with a friend using zero tolerance language like hate speech or encouraging self-harm, use the /whisper command to send it to just that friend. The moment you bring it into a public chat it becomes unacceptable behavior.

Why would you use in game chat to talk to someone out of the game? This makes no sense.

You willingly typed those things in game which have been long established as zero tolerance policy words/phrases.

I don't expect you to get this reversed even after hearing about your alleged circumstance.

Lol in your mind, does someone at Rito read your chat and see "kys" and get all triggered and angrily smash the BAN button on the screen? Just funny how in your mind it's like sjw's getting triggered over everything. I think at this point, anyone can read the rules, see you said KYS, and basically be forced to punish you. Sure they could give you a pass, but then they gotta give everyone a pass. Youre the one who wrote it in chat for everyone to see... next time just say it out loud if it was in person, or write a /whisper or whatever it is on league. (/msg?) You not new your level 31, you should and do know what a report is,No one in game reading the kys knows who you are talking to ( doesn't even matter you threw a Josh in), okay whatever....

Others have explained why you were justly banned, I don't like the sneaky stuff some posters put up to explain why they shouldn't be banned. GL.

You know RIOT has 0 tolerance for hate speech especially kys. They will not hesitate to ban any account if found out had been using that word.
