Got perma banned and wasted money...

So today after playing a game with my friend we decided to go bot aatrox and shaco for the fun of it, we had are fun but the top vayne and jg yi where the most salty about it. Vayne and YI were friends and and Yi said he would not gank as because we where "trolling" vayne just was salty and toxic because he didnt get ADC so after a long and boring game it ends and vayne and Yi decided to report me a i guess and even though they were salty and toxic more then me yet i get banned for saying one or two things. (note: me and aatrox didnt feed we didnt do that bad for a wierd bot lane)

I guess i cant fix it but is there any way i can get anything from my account back like all the money i put on the game... it seems stupid if you put money on the game and then get perma banned ban and thats it. Having to spend another hundreds of dollars on a ULT account to get back to where i was. Wish there was a second chance system or just a way to transfer all of my champions i spent money on..... (also didnt get any email from rito)
