Lower Priority Queues

I just don't understand how I can function fine in a game (going 7/0) before my hotspot craps out, I return to game (we're still winning btw), win the game, and I STILL get placed in a lower priority queue. Why do I have to wait 20 minutes for an aram when I was proactive and successful regarding returning to the game?? On top of that, I can't leave the queue or else the timer restarts, so I practically have to leave my computer up while I'm getting tons of private messages, but I can't exit the screen to answer the pms...I find that highly inconvenient. No one even reported me after the game for my few minutes of being disconnected. So, that can't be the cause because it IMMEDIATELY notified me I was placed in a lower priority queue in the post-game screen..20 minutes is ridiculous for people who are actually proactive
