Hello riot i hope you see my message, it is about the 14 days suspension, as i read i saw that you have 4 steps into getting permabanned, first is chat restriction for 10 games and then for 25 and then 14 days suspension. I didnt had chat restriction in my life and i get 14 days suspension even if you said that the first way you get banned is chat restricted. I have a friend that got one 10 games chat restriction and the 25 games but not the 14 suspension days, i got 14 days of suspension but never got chat restricted, it is not fair that some guys get punishted 2 times and only get chat restricted but i get punisht one time and 14 days suspension..fix this riot.

Read 4 steps again. Especially whats under it

PUNISHMENTS GENERALLY FOLLOW A BASIC ESCALATION PATH: First Offense: 10 Game Chat Restriction Second Offense: 25 Game Chat Restriction Third Offense: Two Week Suspension Fourth Offense: Permanent Suspension

However, it is possible to skip to a Two Week or Permanent suspension based on the severity of the behavior in the game. Excessive negative behavior can result in a Two-Week or Permanent suspension at any time without having a chat restriction on the account.

Here so u dont have to look for it
