So i tried to log on to league and it says my account has been permanently suspended but i havent done anything wrong so i would like a riot employee to help me out on this .

You should have gotten an email that explains why you got suspended. If you can't find that email, check you junk folder, it it's not in there, submit a ticket to Riot so they can help you find it.
