banning shouldn't work like that

so banning should prevents from trolling or going afk and that works kinda perfectly as banned players started to be better

• i'm banned because i had some problems with my internet so i tried to reconnect and i couldn't 2 or 3 games in row ( i know that's my problem ) so i accepted being banned and i didn't do anything about it specially because that happened 3 games in row . while i'm waiting for a game i realized that this ban doesn't do anything except making me waste my time more as my banning time reached 20 min !!!!
• 20 min ??? many young players plays this game who will be think it's normal to wait and that this is okay and that they should do anything while the banning time ends ......
• all i want to say is that we should think of a way that makes people got punished but not to make them think that time got no meaning ( sorry but we are already wasting our time playing a game that we love and like ,instead of reading a book or learning something new and after all of this when we go afk disconnect the banning time reaches 20 min ? )
• i got no problem with banning ... but decrease the banning time
