Hey there guys I just had what was the most toxic in game experience of my life. I was told to kill myself, that i had downs, that my father should die for birthing me, and all the other great toxic stuff we hear. After tellin them to F*#& off I got chat restricted. I opened a ticket, and called riot, but they are closed. Any other more immediate way to get in touch with them? thanks.
They are closing your ticket because they are pointless. Proper course of action if someone is toxic to you is to mute them and report them. Not to retaliate with "fuck off". That just creates more negativity and toxicity. Your punishment is deserved.
You are just going to have to wait for a response to your support ticket.
Be warned, though, based on your description you are most likely not going to get the response you want. Nothing anyone else says or does change anything about your punishment.
