People banning your picked champ

Every time i get into champ select i choose my desired champ i wish to play, if i dont have one and want to see the other team to pick a champ i leave it blank. But every time i get my role and choose the champ i want to play like lux mid the lovely support who probably wants to play it decides to ban it even though they hadnt even chosen it and then proceed to say kys. Oh the best part is when they dodge or you yourself have to dodge to not deal with that kind of person and you cant even report them in the end. Also when people get autofilled like my last champ select i got bot, someone got autofilled support made a big deal in the chat and decided it was nice to put yasuo support thankfully someone on the other team dodged, but if i had to dodge since it was ranked i wouldve had a loss. That isnt fair why cant we report people like that?
