Ive never been banned or even chat restricted before so getting chat restricted because of this guy is shocking to me. But lemme know your thoughts. I copied and pasted from my notification that i got when i logged in again.

First off, let's make it clear that you weren't punished for just one game, but rather multiple games that showed a consistent pattern of poor behavior. Reform cards only show 1-3 games as examples of the kind of behavior that led to your punishment.

Now for the most part it seems like you did try to keep calm and keep your team focused on the game itself, which I can definitely appreciate. That said it seems like in different points of the game you went a little too far and let your frustration get the better of you, such as calling for reports, complaining about it in what I assume is all chat and repeating what the talon said.

Overall, I do think a chat restriction is appropriate here, but I think if you just focus on controlling your temper and not let it get the best of you when trying to get your team to focus on the game, provide some more encouragement and support and not let the poor behavior knuckleheads get the best of you as easily then you should be good to go for the future.

I am in the same boat as well. The stuff I typed isn't even that bad in fact it makes me questions what's the limitation of chatting in this game. I believe it has gotten so strict to the point free speech is quite useless in video games.

That aside I disagree with you. I think players should be expected to show some self-restraint and know when to stop. While some venting here and there may be fine, I think if it gets to the point where you're constantly taking out your frustrations on your teammates when you could just be venting at the screen instead then there's a problem, as that's time you could be spending playing the actual game itself. If people find even that oppressive then quite frankly that's a them problem.

I read your logic and knowing this game and it's toxicity plus the champions balancing. The stress does builds up. Applying penalties because a player vented through frustrations, but not saying extreme vulgar words etc etc shouldn't be applied with a penalty at all. You may not see it on a reasoning level, but I do. Perhaps I am used to the old ways on how penalties were handled in the past during 2004 - at least 2012. However after that I believe policies gotten strict to the point anything and words no matter how you vent will grant ya a penalty. Different era, but for the worst.

If thats the case then why not post the games reviewed as additional evidence. Show me all the games that were reviewed so i can actually note that i was being toxic and give me the chance to debate it. Only showing 1 game as evidence feels lazy and makes it seem that its soo easy to be toxic

Reform cards only show 1-3 recent games as examples of the kind of behavior that got you in trouble, though I must admit that I'm not sure what decides how many games are shown in one. Showing every single game ever validly reported in (which is what it sounds like you're wanting here) would be a waste of time and ultimately pointless since you shouldn't need 10+ games to review to get an idea of where you crossed the line at.

Im not against CR's but i feel like theres no warnings and maybe a CR by itself is fine but my honor being wiped cause of a CR? How fair is that? I was max honor before this and now its all gone. Personally I do think it's fair. After all, honor and the rewards tied to it is supposed to be an extra reward and incentive for honorable and sportsmanlike play, and those who consistently show unsportsmanlike behavior (which you don't need to use things like slurs or cursing and such to show) should be penalized for it, which in this case is having their honor level drop to lv.1 or 0. It's not impossible to climb back up the levels, but you have to put in the work, time and effort to do so.
