Riot Games: Time to save League of Legends from trolls and toxic community.

I had an idea to help improve the League. I believe it would be beneficial for most players and it also might be profitable for Riot Games.

To implement Pay-to-Play systems would also be to negatively impact matchmaking across the board. Not only that, you'd have a pretty high barrier for entry for the competitive scene should a majority of players choose to migrate to the Pay-to-Play systems. Conversely, if people choose not to migrate, you'd have people who Pay-to-Play to sit in queue for long periods of time only to get an unbalanced game. If Riot wants to address the problems you mentioned, they should (and are) find other ways to tackle these issues.

We are facing trolls, smurfs, leavers and generally bad people who have no respect for their fellow community members. I thought it was a good idea and I started the petition to see if others think so too. A petition should tell us (in theory) if this idea is viable.
