permanently banned for no true reason, check the chat for the games

So this is the chat that they use permanently ban me, its not fair... I love this game and its the only game i play for 5 years and spend alot of money on it and only in 1 of this game i admit that was with a bad attitude but to get permantely bann? im crying right now for real :/

This alone wasn't responsible for your permaban. This, plus all the other instances of toxicity that lead to your 10 game restriction, 25 game restriction, and 14 day ban were the cause.

When you are on your last step (that being a permaban), even the smallest amount of toxicity will trigger the ban. You have to prove without a shadow of a doubt that you can reform. What you showed here is that you didn't really care, not putting in the effort on your last step.

You call those three games trying? I beg to differ. If you were actually trying then you wouldn't have gone off like you did. If someone is raging and refuses to stop then mute and report them rather than retaliate back. Do that and you ensure that only they get punished for poor behavior.

Chat logs only show 1 aspect of punishments, severity. That is not the only factor though. Frequency and recidivism are also significant factors. There are no special requirements of severity to be permanently banned. Anything that is worthy of a 10 game chat restriction will land you permanently banned if you are punished for it 4 times.

Yes I have got bans before but ive improved and even got the rewards back and try to be positive ingame and tried to other teamates stop flaming other team member...

Improvement is great and all but at some point(after a 14 day ban) it is not enough if you are still in the red. The chat logs aren't anything severe so you probably did improve, but too little too late.

They do not do permanent chat bans and it is extremely unlikely that they unban you, but you are welcome to submit a support ticket and ask. You shouldn't get your hopes up though.

Spamming is not going to get you anywhere. Especially considering you are trying to make the argument that you have improved. Spamming is only going to reafirm that the permanent ban was needed.

The do not do permanent chat bans. They tried once and 96% of players who were permanently chat restricted became non-verbally toxic (trolling, intentional feeding, AFking) so they opted for the current system. I approve of that decision, personally.

Never was i ban for afk or trolling, just for bad language, só the chat was my problema...im just hoping that they give me another chance, i really was tryinf hard do improve

I didn't say you were. I said that, when they tried this, most players STARTED doing that since they could no longer rage in chat, so RIOT don't do permanent chat restricts anymore. I'm gonna be more honest with you than almond. Riot says on their instant feedback FAQ that they will NEVER undo bans from the system unless the system is wrong. These chats, while not the worst I've seen, are rule-breaking, negative chats. There's not a mistake, you're not getting your account back. Period.

You were extremely toxic in 4 games and you were allready banned previously.

Every game you say stuff like "this shit is uncarriable" "stop feeding toxic" "enjoy your ban"

Why not instead just report them and not feel the need to flame them lol..

Nothin wrong with that. However dont say it like that.

Instead of: "Stop feeding toxic" try "hey try to play safer"

"Enjoy your ban" just mute them and focus on yourself

"This is gg" try "we should try ______ to comeback" (baron, grouping, force fight, etc)

"I hope u get for flaming" try "chill dude no need to be toxic we can win this game/we lost but it was a good try"

It is extremely unusual that they perma ban you directly for these chats. They were semi toxic, although I think they werent offensive enough that your teammates shouldve reported you, its okay these types of sentimental kids still live in their moms basement when they are 30 and ask for booby milk.

I dont believe this is your first ban, but I would like to give you the benefit of the doubt and you can just email riot support and see if they can do something about it. If it is your first ban they should be able to fix it.

Typically on an account that has been used over a few years, even if you are eventually escalated to the 2 week ban, it should reset within a few months/years. If you do achieve a 2 week ban you should be muting all every game to protect your account for atleast a few weeks. And you should not be using chat at all.

Its not my first ban, but ive improved since the last one for real, i stop using harsh names...didn't insult anyone....and tried to maintain and nice attitude on the team almost every game...i hope that they can check the chat from others game too...i sent a ticket to riot
