Permabanned

So i was permabanned on my account recently, and i obviously wish i wasn't, but i realized something after this permaban. I was under the impression that an account can be permabanned for stuff like racism, death threats, homophobic slurs, etc. But apparently you can get permabanned for calling your team "shit" or "retarded". I understand what i said is toxic, but i never go over the line in terms of what i say. Everyone gets frustrated at their teammates in any game, but i happen to voice my frustrations in chat in a toxic way. If there is a way to appeal my ban, i will try, but more importantly, i want to warn others than you CAN get permabanned for even the smallest forms of toxicity.
