Suspended without warning or email?

Just received a 2 week ban without any email. Just got finished with a 10 chat restriction and had it lifted with chest/key privileges added back after a couple games of clean behavior. Is this a bug/glitch because I didn't get an email (I checked the spam and regularly check my league mail) and I didnt go through a 25 chat restriction.

I normally get reported for trolling because I go Teemo jungle but I actually climbed to plat.

Please help, I am leaving NA for a year and I wont ever get a chance to play LOL in my main account since my account is banned till the day I leave :(

Send a support ticket and ask for details. You really should have received an email with information about your ban, so if that's not there it could be a mistake; perhaps a Rioter was doing a manual review to verify some of the (false?) reports against you and accidentally banned you. Just a possibility.

Submit one ticket and be polite; it's much easier on the employee than dealing with rudeness.

exact same thing happened to me, just make a ticket which they'll never respond to :)
