I got wrongfully banned by the system

I don't understand Riot's new anti toxicity system (old player), I'm not even saying anything harsh and I am getting two week suspensions. Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong..? I don't want to lose another account, but I am a S1 player that just came back this year and you can't even say one borderline comment without getting banned.. I'm really really scared, I can't play my favorite game anymore at all, if you type or argue with your teammates you get punished. Any other high level competitive game there is banter, people are a little thick skinned, it's the internet, and I can't say one thing without getting my account banned.

This is the ONLY game the automated system gave as "evidence" to warrant a TWO WEEK suspension, I was getting trolled by a Darius that kept running it down mid and was on edge the entire game (how much you want to bet the Darius didn't get punished for inting), but did I say ANYTHING remotely close to deserve ANY kind of punishment let alone TWO WEEKS?

You said wrongful. Yet all I see is rightful.

You must have had the same consistent toxic attitude that led you to this two-week ban. Going through all your chat-restrictions penalty just to get to your final warning. Use this warning and heed it well. For this account, that warning is your last.

And it's ironic really, you enjoy that ban. Next time, mute the player and play the damn game for what it's meant for and stop typing useless shit about other players that aren't even relevant to the game. We're here to play a video game, if a player is toxic, mute them, don't become one of them or you'll be treated like one. When you get treated like one, you get these kinds of penalties.

The chat log I see in the thread (I don't go to weird sites people link, so thanks to Silent Gravity for the log) is somewhat negative (calling people losers, rank shaming, insulting someone's skill with language, "kid" is offensive to some, report calling), but not negative enough for instant 14-day suspension. I guess you have had your 25-game chat restriction before and your chat usage escalated that to the 14-day suspension you got (I presume it was 14-day suspension, not permanent).

I give you one advice; stop being negative/toxic, or the next punishment will be the permanent suspension.

This is not a “new” system. This same system and same rule set has been in place since Tribunal - the only change being the system is now automated instead of waiting for manual Tribunal votes.

You did not say “one” borderline comment - you said multiple things throughout the game that were negative, condescending, and toxic in nature - even if they weren’t flaming.

Nowadays you cant use that chat ONLY for saying positive things.

Asking for report, calling somebody loser, talking about somebody being toxic is ALL considered toxic by Rito, and grants you a punishment.

That does seem strangely light to receive a ban off of. I'd try to appeal if possible. (Idk how bans work I've never received punishments)

Were you also wrongfully denied by the support ticket system? If not, don't make a useless board post and submit a ticket instead.
