You literally just got off your 14-day ban today, and you were told that further behavior of a similar nature would result in a perma ban.

Your first game after being unbanned, you started in with the same types of thing that got you banned. You didn't change your behavior, so the system took action.

this game is pathetic im actually done, the 14 ban itself was already too much, should i upload that chat too, literally i played 2 games and went from 0 bans to permaban, riot you worry way to much about shit that doesn't matter but boosters, inters, and honestly kids who flame more are the problem, glad to see all you care about is money, ban everyone so they make new accounts, you say i just got off my 14 day when i literally got it from one game saying one word, %%%got, which i realise is homophobic and a slur, but to automatically permaban me is a joke, just like this company

You don't have to be that mature to play the game -- you simply have to treat other players with respect, and be a half-decent member of the community. Does that require some level of maturity? I guess, sure, but it's not much to ask.

Wow, this isn't just a game. It is also a community in which mutual respect is to be expected. Don't ruin someone else's day just because you're feeling like a douche bag. Honestly, if you didn't learn your lesson after being banned for 2 weeks, then there is no hope for you. With someone as toxic as yourself, no one wants to be around that kind of thing, so it is in the best interest of the community to remove you.

Fact is, the community feels strongly against playing with people who have this kind of behavior; that's why you were banned so quickly.

As for it being just a game, I get that. But the game can last for up to an hour, where you can't feasibly leave an unpleasant experience such as the one you brought to the rift. That's why Riot takes action against toxic players.

i only 2nd this if the person truly reforms , but id say the odds of the actual person reforming and not reverting to what got them perma banned in the 1st is about 10% ....

You're punished based off of what you say and do; no one else. You're held accountable solely for your words and actions, when it comes to punishments and penalties.
Someone else being toxic does not give you a "free pass" to retaliate in kind -- ever. Two wrongs don't make a right, ever heard that saying? By insulting/harassing/verbally abusing others -- regardless of whether or not they are doing the same -- you are creating a negative and toxic environment, or escalating one that already exists.

With all the lines you texted in the game, you could have either written half a book or spent at least 10 important minutes concentrating on the game and winning instead of writing shit to your teammates and/or opponents.

M80 your own "evidence" that it was too harsh has several usages of N word, among other phrases, and Riot's taken a pretty strict anti-racist/sexist/etc stance since pretty much day 1. Every time I've reported someone using that word or other racist terms, without fail, the system told me something was done about it. I'd expect no different with this case.

Grow up and say something constructive instead of throwing slurs everywhere.
