You literally just got off your 14-day ban today, and you were told that further behavior of a similar nature would result in a perma ban.
Your first game after being unbanned, you started in with the same types of thing that got you banned. You didn't change your behavior, so the system took action.

You didn't realize you had to be mature when you interacted with other human beings? You think you should be able to be terrible to someone else just because you have the anonymous shield of the internet?

This ban was well deserved. Though I believe it shouldn't have been a Permanent ban, you exhibited multiple instances of extreme toxicity and arrogance and Riots reasons for banning you are clear.
With all the lines you texted in the game, you could have either written half a book or spent at least 10 important minutes concentrating on the game and winning instead of writing shit to your teammates and/or opponents.
League is like a quicky, you're supposed to play it down cool and not waste half of the time crying about your relationship problems.
M80 your own "evidence" that it was too harsh has several usages of N word, among other phrases, and Riot's taken a pretty strict anti-racist/sexist/etc stance since pretty much day 1. Every time I've reported someone using that word or other racist terms, without fail, the system told me something was done about it. I'd expect no different with this case.
Grow up and say something constructive instead of throwing slurs everywhere.
