Racist and homophobic behaviours on league are getting ridiculous. (screens inside)

It seems like riot doesn't gives a cent about how club tags and players tags can be offensive to the community. Having a program decides either the name is acceptable or not is NOT acceptable. Today i ran into this guy who was toxic since the start of the game after a failed invade (if a rioter can check the chat log that would be nice). At the end of the game he was threatening people by death and racial and homophobic slurs. This is a just a fish in the sea and the fact that these people don't even seem worried about getting permabanned proves that riot needs to handle this asap. (screens below)
