Why are we loosing so much LP ( about 20 to 21) on a lost game but only getting about 15 to 16 LP on a win and most of the lost games are because people quitting for giving up first blood or just going in to troll and they warn u is the worst part of it too.....

No, most of your lost games are for not being as good as you think you are and calling everything someone does "trolling."
You're losing more LP because you're losing games that the system thinks you should win. Focus on how YOU can get better, not expecting your teams to carry you.
I never said i was good, i am an ok player but when you have and its just an example of a game i just had a Top that quit while we were winning the game because our mid came top to gank and took some of CS and we didn't do anything about it like we had control of that . that is what i call a troll or another example of another game i had while i'm jungling and Brand support comes to leash and just stays near me doesn't attack red but when its low he steals it, and before game even began he is calling everyone in the team trash players and then continued to roam and feed, that is what i call a troll.
