I recently got my main account perma banned and Riot doesn't want to unban me

Do you think its fair to receive a perma ban for writing this? The only warning i have ever recieved was a 14 Day ban over 1 year ago, and since then i would say that i had reformed, I wasn't being as toxic as i was previously and i liked that i had reformed. Althought after i finished playing a normal with one of my friends i get the message that i have been banned. And all those games i have played since my 14 Day ban to the perma ban i haven't recieved any warnings or anything that i have been toxic in my recent games and that i should stop. This game under me is in one of my promotion matches where I was trying to pick kassadin, but because there was some kind of delay it didn't register me clicking Kassadin so it just locked in Gragas since that was the champ i was hovering over before i tried to click Kassadin, so that's already bad in it self. Anyways I kinda wanna get a little discussion started on perma bans and riots way of handling them. Under here are one of the games that showed on my reform card. And the funny thing is I was being group bullied by my whole team that game, and enemy bot lane, but yet i am the one to get punished. You didn't just get banned for this alone, that's the first thing we need to make perfectly clear before continuing.

Moreover, you call for reports on your teammates---which is a form of harassment---but also discuss how your teammates should have been able to win and shaming them while losing the game.

I'm sure your log is edited, but even if it isn't this is definitely punishable and since you are permanently banned it means you've received other lesser punishments previously and obviously didn't get the message---therefore you got what you deserved.

If you were banned via the automated system by advancing through the punishment tiers, there is no chance Riot is going to unban you. Your chatlog isn't anywhere close to be worthy of a permaban, but if you already reached a two week ban, then any "toxicity" whatsoever no matter how minor will lead to a perma.

Interesting that it says Game at the top of the logs instead of Game 1 like usually. Im guessing there are more games and you deleted the number

This particular games has a few things that aren't ideal -- namely "Our top laner is bad," which was strictly unnecessary, and "stop talking" / "shut up thresh", which also isn't needed.

I'm not sure I'd personally punish on this log alone, but it's important to note that reform cards sometimes do have games that aren't super punishable -- and one game that isn't super punishable doesn't make up for other games that were. We'd need to see your whole reform card to really get a good idea of whether or not this was justified -- and, frankly, seeing MORE than just the reform card would be good, and that's something only Riot can do.

If you think this ban was to harsh, you can always send a ticket to Player Support and plead your case, but be aware that they can and will check your logs from your entire reform card and all your recent games.
