Should Trolls, Toxic players, AFKers and Intentional Feeders (on purpose) allow be reformed?

Any thoughts? We all faced these players alot but do these players will be given any chance to reform? For me...i would say perma-ban is the best way to get rid of them permanently and also blocking any other of their associated emails.

They're 100% allowed to reform, just like everyone else. After anyone receives their first punishment letting them know that behavior is not acceptable in League, they then have the choice to reform or not. If someone ignores those opportunities long enough to get a permanent ban, then that should stay. Otherwise, what's the point in calling it a "permanent" ban?

There is a punishment system set up. If you disagree with it perhaps you can discuss why and how you would improve it but your current post is not constructive in any way.

We should allow players to reform, at least once.

The justice system in real governments also give people with low to mid severe crimes a chance for parole or appeal. With parole, it allows people with good behaviour another chance. It wouldn't be fair to some people who realise their mistakes, but still spend their life in prison.

Yea lets perm ban every pro player who once went 0/10 in any game the last 2 years .. but wait that would ban 80%+ of the player base. wouldnt you be mad to wait 2h to get queued up with someone cause none else in your region is avaiable?

trolling and toxic players i say no i don't come on the game to be annoyed by this crap i come to have fun when i am not working. Afkers and feeders yes i mean if they are feeding on purpose then that is trolling to me and no but this is a harder one to call as everyone has bad games. afk i know life happens.
