ARAM bot epidemic

Out of the 6 ARAM games I've played today, I encountered approximately 10 bots. Is anything being done to get rid of them, or am I going to need to quit LoL and come back in a few months when hopefully something has been done about them?

Oh no. When this happened to Dominion, the game mode was killed. If not enough real people are playing ARAM, they might let it go. :(

They are generally in the lower MMR of ARAM. Once your MMR goes up you will start to not get them in games. This is not helpful however to new players or players stuck at low MMR. The bots are quite obvious and ruining new player experiences. Personally I have not seen any in my ARAM games in months.

So, not saying this isn't happening, which it probably is, but how do you know they are bots? I haven't seen someone before that I was like "totally a bot". What exactly are the signs of botting in aram?

It's clear when enemies are botting.

Why are bots so common? Cause scripters are getting banned more frequently.

Until riot starts to HWID ban scripters, it will continue to be a problem.

I'm fairly new to LOL (been playing for a few months), and I can confirm there is usually at least one bot on each team. You can usually tell b/c they don't have keystones. And no, they aren't new players. I'm assuming they are people running scripts to level smurf accounts up. It's pretty easy to spot based on how they act in game. Example: team fight going on and they just run right into the middle of the enemy team and die repeatedly.

I was actually in a game where I was the only "player" on the team, and several times it's been just me and one other "player". It's bad.
