I am not saying that i am scripting but my main account got banned for scripting then i sent so many tickets to unban my account but nothing happened so i used my smurf and nothing is happening, what i mean is how my main account got banned for scripting while my smurf is not and im playing it with the same pc.(sorry for my english)
Assuming everything you are saying is true then my money is on someone else used your main account.
Riot is probably wrong, there isnt much you can do about it. I If it means that much to you you could always sue riot, but unless your a challenger player youre not going to get much off of it. If someone else comprimised your account, that is riots problem not yours. They may tell you otherwise but protecting their clients identity and information is their job.
Riot is already being sued by many groups and is pretty much waiting for a cooperate lawsuit to run them to the ground.
