ELO if you go AFK and your team wins in ranked

I have a doubt that just hit me now, when our adc went AFK just at the start of the game (no possibility for remake), but we were able to win after all (a combination of luck, good teammates and trolling in the other team). My question is, did our adc lose ELO because of this? Or did he/she gain ELO as usual? Because it would we very unfair if he/she had gained points.

He loses LP if he was afk for more than 5 minutes, although I'm unaware if it affects their MMR as well.

Before the LP system, there was a (I think) a 5 point Elo loss.
LP is a reflection of your mmr relative to other people in your tier.
I would say it's reasonable to assume there's a small mmr loss with a leave.
