So, on 1/18/2016, I was perma banned from league of legends. I had a 14 day ban about 3 weeks ago. In the last 2-3 games I flamed. Is there anyway I could actually recover my account? I have spent a LOT of rp on this game, and so all of that money, just became useless. Thank you

Since you already received the permanent ban, no.
You had your chance after the 14 day time ban, they warned you very specifically they will permanently remove you once you're there.
Unless you think the ban was a mistake there isn't really any chance the ban will be overturned.
