Reformed?

Hello. I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I recently received my first 10 No Chat ban. I'm quite the Code follower, but I just had 1 bad day and now I'm in a "reform" state? I didn't panic at first, but then I dug up a bit and realized that the official statement is very vague as to how this can be resolved. I'm a solid S rank player and I'm suffering each time I play since I'm skipping on loot. I understand the ban and i accepted it, but the whole "til you're reformed" and no real solution to the problem isn't really fair :\

I was suggested to try and write a ticket, but to no avail, as I expected. Usually support isn't... well..._ supportive_.

So I decided to finally write here. I worked quite hard to get to where I did this Season and losing on the Season rewards is going to kill me.

Can any of you give me any further advice as to how to solve this or if someone from Riot can actually give my account a second look to see that I'm actually a respected Sona contributor :)

Thank you.

If you are banned, send a ticket in, if you did not get an answer, resend it, if it is chat issues and you would like the communities input, go ahead and post it.

No one cares you spent money on RP.

You stated the support ticket was not supportive? It sounds to me like you have already received your answer.

No one cares who you are, how good you play, and that you buy RP, we need to know the exact issue you were banned.

This post is vague, and is almost like a weird ass attempt at getting the community to rally for you/or forum moderator, idk what your expecting here.

Provide the reasoning for your ban, add it into an edit, or something.

If this is seriously about hextech crafting, legit no one will care, not support tickets, no one, if you have been punished by the system, the system will decide when you are eligible to receive the "free hextech loot".

I suspect there is a reason for this sincere post, you stated you have a chat ban, but no actual chat log (unedited, full thing), seems like your have no clue what your really trying to do here.

Im not quite sure what you are trying to ask for. If you are asking for help on how to reform just keep playing games in a positive/neutral state. You need to prove to the system you have changed and it could be anywhere from a couple weeks to months depending on how serious your offense was. Seeing it is the first tier in punishment i would assume it should be easy to get your rewards back as long as you keep playing and just be positive.

I dont think you understand how Season rewards work since you dont lose them for Chat Restictions unless it is still active when the season ends, at least thats how it was last year. They havent told us any of that info for this season yet, but i would assume it would follow the same!
