Account banned, reach an higher instance than the support?

Dear Community,

my Acc got banned in dezember last year.

You ask why?

I play LoL since the end of beta. In this time my Acc got hacked like 1 time per year with spyware. (Got a virus that records every keyboard action on my pc for 4 years. No antivir programm found it till i brought my pc to a specialist)

The account was always on a high elo (finished S4 with Master Tier 1) and he had Skins for 1400€ RP, that means Skins worth more than 1400€ (like 70% no more avaible, PAX TF, Championship Riven etc.)

With that highly expensive account i was target for many hackers, spammers who sends me scamlinks and ddos attacks.

Now the support refuses to give me my account back. (already declined like 7 tickets) I dont know what to do anymore.. :( I invested so much time and money in this game, thats the way how the support says "Thank you" to 1400€. They tell me the Account is permanently banned for Security resons?! Security for what? In my opinion they support hackers. My got hacked, sold, perma banned.

Is there a way to contact a higher person than the Support?

I hope someone knows an answer for my Situation, i want to play :(

You still can find the Account if you google my old summoner name Slayerbatz, he got renamed in NLT Bronze 5

You could start with another support ticket, be polite and explain your situation tell them that tickets have been closed what 7 times and ask to talk to someone with more authority.

After this post your communications exactly as they happen to the thread, if people here feel something fishy is going on they may well support you in anyway they can. Remember Blue's? If you convince one of them perhaps they could forward info for you.

The best advice I can think of ( anyone add to this ?) Now, having said all of this I do hope if your innocent you will get help, however I have my doubts. I Will keep an open mind though if you are respectful to the people in charge.

Hope this helps best I can do :) Oh and personally, I'd advice if you do talk about $ spent on your account don't use this as a threat merely a reference.

I asked for someone with more authority and he told me that he has enough authority for my ticket.. i write my ticket in german always, maybe i get an better Support if i write one in english?

I feel that the person who said this to you does have the authority for your ticket, but if you are innocent and were polite maybe more can be done. Not even sure I should try to get evolved at all but what can I do ?

Can you post any of your correspondence with Riot ? And if you can please start with the 1st and post the exact tickets. I should say to you that if you want help from the boards posters you need to give specific reasons and the support tickets would be the first step.

Even just the date of the ban year could give us a hint to what is going on. Can't help but wonder why now ? Not Dec. of last year when it happened ?

One thing gives me some doubt and this is just Me but you talk about the money you spent in the game a LOT and you need to understand that this means nothing to Riot. If you have done something against TOS, Riot will suspend... Again any proof you have I will at least look at, but I am a nobody poster just trying to help you figure out a solution :)
