Trolls in the Game

Hey, Rito. I recently ran into a problem with a certain player which I don't necessarily want banned because the account wasn't his and should be locked and have an email sent so the owner can recover it and have the reason why it happened explain to them. There was this player in my ranked match while I was Mid and he wanted to go Mid as AP Ezreal. Now I don't prefer the ADC role as much as Mid so I explained that to him. He then proceeded to explain if he didn't have his way, that he would play AP Ezreal as the ADC. After that, another player had saw and decided to ban Ezreal. He then proceeded to go Flash/Ghost Teemo and keep running down the Middle Lane (hehe xd, #FreeTyler1), but didn't stop there, he ran to other lanes. After that, it wen't downhill and my team tried their hardest, but it wasn't enough to 4v5 and keep up with every position with their hyper carries. I got an S (B)), but in the end, I wasn't really happy with the situation whether we won or lost. Honestly, your system needs to be reworked as far as remaking when trolling happens. Maybe in-game agreed "report remake" with reports on one player (to be investigated so you don't just ban because the other four don't like that one in particular person). And if you're wondering how much he fed, he went 0/36/5. Now, I don't necessarily want the account banned because this could be some innocent person's account and he is purposefully trying to get it banned. I guess you can check the IP's to tell whether he was telling the truth or not, but I believe you should have these things looked into more. The enemy team we were up against honestly never deserved to win and they took advantage of the troll and decided to get free kills off of him. Their skill level during that match was low and if this player actually decided to try, we would have completely destroyed them. I'm tired of getting free losses because of trolls in my matches and would like this to be fixed at one point in time. Thank you if you actually reply.

Whether it was the original account owner or not, you need to report that.

If the account gets punished for it, but it was during a time when the account was compromised, the actual account owner can submit a ticket and recover the account. Frankly, getting a notice of a ban like that might be the only way they realize somebody else was on the account at all.

But if the account wasn't compromised and that person was just a troll, they deserve the punishment anyhow.

Just to be clear Remake was never intended for trolls. Its only function is to combat people who never connected. So im not sure how a remake would work in this case since it isn't meant for that! With that said i do agree with you that something needs to be done. But i sadly dont see a solution. your remake vote especially if it works as a surrender vote does will be bad as Duos/groups would have the power! Let alone the fact people would just use this remake vote to kick a random person if the team comp is bad.
