The main reason I hate playing League

I play Normal games frequently because it's relaxing and you don't need to stress about losing a game, but sometimes I hate playing League because of this kind of people (go to the link and you will see what am i talking about). Just started a normal game and i champ select i called jungle, but Talon auto locked even tho I called, so I let it go and decided to go support. We entered the game and we gave him a good leash, but a minute later he die because of the enemy top lane was ambushing him, after that he said that he is going to feed the enemy top lane. After he done feeding the started to play it cool but it didn't go well because my entire team can not speak English. So I please ask Riot to fix this kind of thing and punish the people that should be punish.
