Banned for two chats

I was playing a game of league of legends and at the very end of the game I used inappropriate language not directed at anyone besides me and my friends I was playing with. It was meant all in good fun and though I know the ban cannot be rescinded I was hoping someone could at least review my behavior. I tell everyone gg after the end of every game. I honor respectable players who help make the community better and try to help my team as best I can through my respective role. The fact that the system would ban me for a single isolated incident seems weird and unjust, context should matter and in these single cases I feel they should be properly reviewed before having an instant ban. The other complaint about language restrictions I have is that the only way anyone would even be able to see the word would be if they chose to through their own settings. If even after choosing to see the word they can still report and get someone banned for it, why even have the option to say that word? If you don't want the option available, then it should be a word permanently censored, and if you do want the option available but want it as a reportable offense then you should have it happen after multiple offenses. That's just my input and I hope that maybe someone who looks at this can see it and realize some of the faulty logic within the instant ban system. I'll be eagerly awaiting the end of my ban.
