I GOT A ALARM OF FIRE AND HAVE TO GET OUT. I TOLD THE TEAMMATE AND TRIED TO GET BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!!!!! WHY STILL GIVE ME AFK, AND I HAVE TO WAIT 20 MINUTES FOR A GAME!!!!!!!!!!! IT REALLY SUCKS!!!!!!!! HOW CAN I HAVE THIS PUNISHMENT REMOVED!!!!!!
You can't have it removed. AFK punishments are not for individual incidents. They are for a history of leaving too many games. The system understands that people will have occasional issues but you are obviously beyond that. You are at 20 min Low priority queue so you have long since used up the leniency that is built in for everyone.

A punishment must be dealt in order to be a fair one. You were AFK, the reason is not relevant. You must be punished, or it would be unfair to punish others for being AFK. If you have trouble with Leaverbuster(which you do if you are already up to the 20 minute low priority), stick to custom matches where leaver buster does not apply(I think).
Chill down or next game you will have to AFK because you'll be having a stroke, man.
You can ask Riot for help with a ticket, although I'm not sure where to do this.

Call internet company and ask for help.
For me calling the company did help, they tested while I played and sent out a teck. for free, found a lose connection on the box in my house. In the end I spend a few $ and upgraded my internet.
