SmokedAlmonds4 votesYou can't have it removed. AFK punishments are not for individual incidents. They are for a history of leaving too many games. The system understands that people will have occasional issues but you are obviously beyond that. You are at 20 min Low priority queue so you have long since used up the leniency that is built in for everyone.

A teemo just keep invisible near a neutral monsters and can keep dealing damage to them every a few minutes and not regarded as AFK OR BAD behavior!!!! Even every teammate report about this!!! At lease take into consideration about the teammates report!!!! Maybe they can report about Not Intentioned AFK, and avoid such kind of punishment

Leaverbuster does detect some levels of active non participation but you are right some people do get away with stuff like that. But just because one guy doesn't get caught doesn't mean we should let the ones who do get caught go.
I don't want reports to be a factor here. AFKing is obvious and easily detectable so I don't want people's punishments left up to other people believing some guys sob story.
It being Intentional or not doesn't matter. The effect on the game is the same and its each persons responsibility to make sure they can play games from start to finish. Everyone is going to have to leave sometimes and there is leniency built in for that. But you are on 20 min Low priority queue. That is beyond occasional problem. That is repeat offender. You need to be figuring out how you can reduce the games you leave not how you can be punished less for the ones you do.

I think we can agree there isn't anything you can do about leaving because of a fire alarm. So what caused the previous leaves?

They do happen, but what is important is the % of games that they happen in. Not the flat number.
You mentioned network failure. If that is happening enough to get you punished by leaverbuster then you need to fix what ever is causing the issue before you queue again. Not just hoping that it doesn't happen again.

Maximum Morde1 votesA punishment must be dealt in order to be a fair one. You were AFK, the reason is not relevant. You must be punished, or it would be unfair to punish others for being AFK. If you have trouble with Leaverbuster(which you do if you are already up to the 20 minute low priority), stick to custom matches where leaver buster does not apply(I think).

Call internet company and ask for help.
For me calling the company did help, they tested while I played and sent out a teck. for free, found a lose connection on the box in my house. In the end I spend a few $ and upgraded my internet.
