perma banned email says one thing mod says another?

Now, I may not have the best news to share, but hopefully I'll be able to give some context on the situation as to why you were escalated to this point. I took a look into your account and can see that you used racial slurs, which are never appropriate in League of Legends. Unfortunately, due to the penalty history on your account, according to our escalation path, I cannot lift this ban. I know this isn't the answer you were looking for, but I hope you can understand.
