"Troll boot" in champ select

So I am sure this has been brought up in the past, but I don't know. What if there were a champ select boot of a person who is clearly trolling. I mean I understand that a system could and would be abused if it were a single vote. What if 3 to 4 people agreed with the call to remove a person trolling? I think it's a total waste of EVERYONE'S time. I can only speak of my personal life, I have limited time to play (small kids, etc). Would a system nip trolls in the bud, or am I way off line? Thanks.

So 3 or 4 person pre-mades get to troll/dictate who gets to play with them.

And trolling isn't obvious in champion select. It can be pretty likely to assume that someone will troll based on their behavior in champion select, but it you can't be sure, and Riot can't confirm or enforce that.

Noted. Maybe i am unique, but I have had several experiences already with the release of solo ranked where the person has either forced their way into a role and selected or talks about some stupid s**t then trolls the game. Thanks for the reply

I read troll booting as people booting others just to troll.
