Have you ever thought about making a ''something'' that can show you if we go afk or we have electric shutdowns... Why do i have to wait 5x20min riot...??? Becaue i live in a place we have at least one electric shutdown per week.....???

Why is it fair to the other players that you play when you are constantly getting removed from the game?
Players are expected to have a stable connection to the servers at all times during a game. DC'ing because of something out of your control is no excuse. If you do not have a stable connection, don't play the game.
If you manage to make something like that, you probably would get richtig. Unfortunate it's basicly impossible. Who can Check if Not I myself pulled the Plug when I wanted to leave.
So to get understanding you i should stop playing tha game because it gets me out for like 2 minuites until i get in game again.. I do not get afk reports from mates and enemies but only from you.. So i would ask again... Is a 2 minuite afk such an important reason to wait 20 mins for 5 times in a row.............?????????????????????????
Its probably because I dont believe there is a system that can tell the difference. All the system checks is that if you are connected to the game. Do you know how abusive that would be if people knew they could get away from going AFK if all they would need to do is turn off their electric box? But RallerenP is correct, when you sign up for the game, read the ToS after every patch, you are basically signing an agreement that the moment you hit Play to find a match you are committed to completing the game. Yes problems can happen, but if they arent continuous its not a problem. You seem to be knowing before going in that you have problems with your internet yet you still play the game, thus leaving the 4 others on your team, as well as the enemy team, to be one man down, its not fair to them as well.
Riot should make a safe space for you. Somewhere that you can play the game without fear. It needs to be separate from the ranked environment.
