People Who Reconnect and Disconnect in Ranked Issue Without a Remake

I'm trying to play ranked and once in a while, I got a person who disconnect almost in the 3 minute mark and disconnected. I'm so angry and I lost my series.The rest of my team including me got angry from that person who disconnect and reconnect all game. why can't someone get a remake when people disconnect and reconnect in game? I wasted hours upon hours to get to the rank I wanted.
