i was trying to create a game, however, there was a red sign that said i was banned. i restarted my client and was unable to log in. i'm not quite sure why, i've never been chat restricted and have not been afking in many games. please explain lol.

Imperial Pandaa3 votesThank you. Based on the picture, it is most likely a security ban. Your account may have been compromised and they locked it for protection. Submit a support ticket and be ready to answer some questions about your account.
Timethief491 votesIf you didnt get a email with details write a ticket to the support. You might have to log out here and back in on the supportsite to be able to open a ticket, i dont know if they fixed this issue.

- you didnt pay for your rp yet.
- you used 3rd party software
- due to different location logins riot savety-banned the acc because they dont know who the acc belongs to
i'm positive i have paid for all my rp, have never used 3rd party software. however, i constantly visit my relatives in cali with my laptop. that could possibly be the reason of riot's safety-ban. thank you for the possibilities of me being perma banned.
