i was trying to create a game, however, there was a red sign that said i was banned. i restarted my client and was unable to log in. i'm not quite sure why, i've never been chat restricted and have not been afking in many games. please explain lol.
Would you be so kind as to take a screen shot of what comes up when you log in? That or type exactly what it says?
If you didnt get a email with details write a ticket to the support. You might have to log out here and back in on the supportsite to be able to open a ticket, i dont know if they fixed this issue.
since you cant login/dont get chatlogs there are 3 things that come to my mind
