perma banned

I was just informed i was permanently banned on my account, I've been having a rough week as my internet hasn't been working well and i keep lagging out. i had leaver buster as a result of this only making it worse, i know i should have stopped playing and i will do so in the future.

I understand why i just don't believe I've gotten chat or temp banned previous to this and feel it was a little harsh. I have been perma'd before around a year and a half ago, but had been pretty much completely reformed up until this week.

Can't really give an opinion on your ban, since I don't know why you're banned.

If you got some chatlogs, you can post them so that the board members can give their opinions on if the punishment was valid.

If you don't have chatlogs, you need to contact Riot support to get the reason behind the ban.

im fully aware i should have been banned for saying this, it was my understanding there was some form of warning. i really havent said anything like this until this game.

A warning is for behavior that a person may not know is not accepted here.

This sort of behavior should be obvious that it wasn't an acceptable way to talk to another person.

Punishments are less than a permanent ban when Riot thinks it's worth giving you another chance to see if you're willing to stop behaving poorly. When the behavior is extremely poor, letting you have more time to continue behavior like the above is not worth checking to see if you were willing to change.

Besides,

You've already revealed that you've been perma banned before, so you've already been punished other times for poor behavior. I don't think you've shown that you are willing to change your behavior.

First of all asking a "f'ing retard" if they are f'ing retarded is... really stupid? Secondly, you told someone "youre fucking bad kys" and kys means kill yourself. Telling a player to kill themselves falls under the hate speech category. Also these "%%%%%%%%%%" are not good. Lastly, you asked them to honor you for friendly after berating your teammates all game, which means you knew what you were doing was wrong and the behavior can now be seen as trolling.
