perma banned

hi

I was just informed i was permanently banned on my account, I've been having a rough week as my internet hasn't been working well and i keep lagging out. i had leaver buster as a result of this only making it worse, i know i should have stopped playing and i will do so in the future.

I understand why i just don't believe I've gotten chat or temp banned previous to this and feel it was a little harsh. I have been perma'd before around a year and a half ago, but had been pretty much completely reformed up until this week.
