Daltonism and Forecast Janna's Hurricane

I must have post this on Gameplay Section, but is locked. I need Level 7 for post. So, i'm sorry for posting here.

I have a friend was comment about the changes on Underworld Twisted Fate, when the skill Pick a Card have now a greater contrast. Now is visible then. But i have a friend on Brazil Server, about the Janna, specially the Legendary Skin, Forecast Janna. My friend is daltonic.

The animation of the hurricane have a brown color, and the ground is green. He listen the sound of hurricane, but dont' see.

Have some changes possibility?

I've never had a problem seeing the tornado for Forecast Janna, or any Janna skins, on SR. On Howling Abyss, however, I have had problems seeing the tornado for her Frost Queen skin due to it being light blue.
