Dump COMM BAN, CREATE TOXIC TROLL BAN

Rather than read HUNDREDS of player complaints daily, which TOXIC LEPERS disregard entirely, "youre reported" .... response "So what" i have other accounts

GO a step beyond your "communication ban", (which if someone has wasted an hr of my time, not being able to TALK To them is a useless penalty, )

Create an "I DONT WANT TO EVER play with this person again " report button, if it was a rare mishap then no harm done, if peopel OVER report others, they will report themselves out of the game so it possesses built in abuse prevention HOWEVER if a TROLL repeatedly ruins OTHER PLAYERS experience 40 minutes at a time they will soon be rejected by player formation engine, and have no one to play with and will TOXIFY themselves out of the game, no matter how many accounts they employ players wont have to write reports, and RIOT wont have to read / ignore them and lose respect of the entire community
